Disclosures under Regulation 62 of the LODR
• Contact information of the designated officials of the listed entity who are responsible for assisting and handling investor grievances
• Financial information including:
– Notice of meeting of the board of directors where financial results shall be discussed
– Financial results, on conclusion of the meeting of the board of directors where the financial results were approved
– Complete copy of the annual report including balance sheet, profit and loss account, director’s report, corporate governance report etc.;
• Shareholding pattern
• Details of agreements entered into with the media companies and/or their associates, etc.
• Schedule of analyst or institutional investor meet and presentations made by the listed entity to analysts or institutional investors
• New name and the old name of the listed entity for a continuous period of one year, from the date of the last name change
• Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015 talks about Advertisement in Newspapers. Items stated in sub- regulation (1) are to be published on the website
• The Dividend Distribution policy, if any, which is been duly formulated by Company has to be disclosed in their Annual Reports and on their Websites
• The listed entity shall make disclosures under Regulation 30, which talks about the materiality of events or information wherein the listed entity shall make necessary disclosure on its website for a minimum period of five year or as per the archival policy of the Company.
• Key Managerial persons who have been appointed for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under regulation 30 and also the contact details of such personnel shall be also disclosed on the website.
